Original recordings by Musician, Executive chef and Managing Partner of Eldorado Grill, Kevin Tubb. Kevin Tubb is an Austin, Texas native and known in the Madison music scene for his wildly popular annual Bob Dylan Birthday Tribute show. 

Kevin is influenced by the work of musicians such as Joe Ely, Townes Van Zandt, Ray Wylie Hubbard and John Inmon to name a few. Kevin was given his first guitar by Gary P. Nunn.
